Refunds & returns.

We want you to love every Pueralift product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

If you've tried something and it isn't for you, contact support@pueralift.com within 30 days. We review opened-item refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
